• Receive AI-generated probiotic recommendations
• Order personalized probiotic formulations
• Track patient orders and outcomes

Eligibility

Our services are available to licensed healthcare providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, registered dietitians, and certified health coaches. You must provide valid credentials during registration.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of information you provide
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Use of AI Recommendations

Our AI-generated recommendations are intended to assist healthcare providers in formulating probiotic protocols. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Providers are responsible for:

• Reviewing all recommendations before ordering
• Making final clinical decisions
• Ensuring appropriateness for each patient
• Obtaining proper patient consent

Ordering and Payment

• All orders are final once placed
• Payment is due at time of order
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• We reserve the right to refuse orders

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Flore Clinical and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flore Clinical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flore Clinical from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
